The 30 bed mental health unit at Arbury Court, designed for Medium Secure patients is part of a phased redevelopment at Winwick near Warrington for private healthcare providers Partnerships in Care.

The unit is a free standing building with two wards at ground floor. It provides ensuite bedrooms, dining and lounge areas, support and administration areas, together with secure gardens and is the first phase in a scheme which will ultimately replace the existing Edwardian buildings with brand new therapy, recreational and dining facilities.
